There's something to be said about the "feel" of the mac keyboard and the entire laptop itself. In fact, yesterday my wife and I were dropping her parents off at the airport and I saw a guy sitting at the curb on his macbook. Except-- when I took a closer look, I realized he had an apple sticker right above the dell emblem on his laptop. Yikes. That's like taking the mercedes emblem and sticking it on your honda.
