AzoogleAds is one of the best Ad Networks on the internet today. Online since 2000, they're essentially the leaders of the cost-per-action internet marketing movement. Not only do they have a lot of offers, but their offers are highly competitive. On top of that, they set you up with an affiliate manager who will help you choose and manage your offers. Your affiliate manager's main goal is for you to earn money, so make sure you take advantage of their presence. But don't settle for just any affiliate manager.

When I first signed up with Azoogle, I had an OK affiliate manager that tried to help me earn money on some of my websites that already had traffic but I was still not seeing any significant change. Then a friend of mine referred me to a great affiliate manager that has helped me out tremendously. So just be aware that you aren't stuck with an affiliate manager once you're assigned.

After you've signed up, you'll receive a phone call to verify your account. After that's done, you'll probably receive a call from your affiliate manager. If you don't, check your email and find their contact information. I chat with my affiliate manager daily on AOL Instant Messenger and Google Talk.

One very important point I'd like to make is that you MUST fax or mail in your tax form (usually a w9) before you receive payment from AzoogleAds. However, once they've received your form, you are free to receive payment by either check or direct deposit into your account (ACH). I highly recommend direct deposit. Personally, I recommend direct deposit as there's no waiting time.

As far as payment goes, Azoogle will start you off on Net 30 terms, which means that you'll get paid 30 days after the last day of a particular month. For anyone trying to start off a fledgling internet marketing business, this might be one of your largest obstacles to stay in in business. So after you've been making consistent sales for a while (2-4 weeks), you can write an email request to your affiliate manager to get paid on net 15 terms (you'll get paid 15 days after the last payment term is up). That means that money you earned (for example) from January 1st through January 15th won't get received until February 1st, and the money earned from January 16th-31st won't get received until February 15th. This is an important thing to know when starting out your business and trying to figure out how you will maintain a profitable business.

Choosing Offers

Now that you're all signed up, you'll want to familiarize yourself with the interface. One of the several tools you'll need to use is the Offers search. This is where you'll find all offers you can run (view graphic below).

Click on the link in the above graphic and you'll see the search box, as well as the filtering options. Search for anything related to what you'd like to sell here and just click on the title for any of the corresponding offers that come up. Next, click on the corresponding graphic to the way you'd like to promote the offer: Search, Email, Web/Banner or Incentivized.

Azoogle Toolbar

The Azoogle Toolbar is a great tool that allows you to monitor your clicks, leads, payout and eCPC while you browse the web. It's a more convenient way than logging into the AzoogleAds website each time you want to look up your stats. You can download it from under the Tools menu. It's compatible with both FireFox and Internet Explorer.

Azoogle Reports

The reports that Azoogle offers are pretty handy for determining which keywords, ads, search engines, etc. convert well (as discussed in How to Put Tracking Code on your Landing Page). Not only that, but you can also find your average eCPC over a given period of days, which helps you set your max bids for keywords.

Azoogle Referrals

By referring other people to AzoogleAds, you automatically get 2% of their AzoogleAds sales for life. It's a pretty sweet deal, if you think about it. Just think of how much money you could earn if you refer a real winner! If someone starts doing $50,000/mo, you'll automatically earn $1000/mo. Not bad for a simple referral. You can find this area under My Account>Referrals. To get your link, look over to the right side and you'll find your link that looks something like this:

Once other people have signed up under you, they'll start to show up on the left as well as how much commission you've earned from each one.

Azoogle Profile

Under My Account>Profile, you'll see several tabs where you can change your contact information, payment information, select your primary traffic categories, add your websites and view your logins.

You'll also notice that on the right of this page, you can update your password. I recommend you do this as soon as possible to something secure but easy to memorize.

Overall, I highly recommend AzoogleAds to anyone who is serious about making money online. Not only will you get an affiliate manager to help you get started and maintain a profitable business, but you also have access to great tools that make it all much easier.
